  Great customer service and an even more amazing job! We got Ital Paving's flyer in the mail and decided to call them for a quote. The price they quoted beat out all the other companies we got quotes from and they were able to do the job in our timeframe. Our driveway was done in one day - efficient, clean, and organized. The crew that came was polite and professional. Our house looks so much better now with our newly finished driveway - even the neighbours have come by to tell us how nice it is! Thank you so much Maurizio and the team for doing such an outstanding job! We will definitely recommend you to everyone.

  I am not sure how this company stays in business, calls are not returned at all!!! I just spoke to them on the phone and the receptionist now says that I never called her to confirm the date.
  I guess the price means nothing then there is no customer service.
  They were supposed to do my driveway last week, bit it was raining, no one ever called to cancel or reschedule until I called them.
  The reception ( or whoever that person is) keeps on coming up with excuses.
  Anyway, I am glad I decided not to use them, imagine the quality of work if everything is that bad at the customer service level.
